Our Process…

CLEAN & DE-GREASE

Surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and decontaminated to allow them to bond correctly with the paint.

MASKING & PREP

Surfaces are protected with anti-static sheeting and taped to surrounding areas to prevent damage and overspray.

MIXING & SPRAYING

uPVC paint is mixed with a curing agent and added to the specialist spraying equipment ready for use.

DRYING & CHECKS

The paint dries in just a few minutes. Checks are made to ensure the desired finish, before one final clean.
